This little utility is available to session tutors and anyone else not participating in the ACE programme who feels they would like to make a contribution to the EZquiz cause and write up a little something related to our learning objectives.
The builder lets you compile a series of multiple choice questions that can be published to a data string that EZquiz can read and will also let you edit an existing quiz. You can email Mark the data string so that he can put your quiz online once the questions have been validated.
Limitations
There is no limit to the number of questions that you can add but there are limits to the number of characters that the question, answer and title fields can display in EZquiz. Max characters are as follows:
Question field: 60 characters
Answer fields: 40 characters each
Quiz title field: 20 characters
Please do not use ny ampersands (&) or semi-colons (;) as these are interpreted as text delimiters by the builder and it gets terribly upset by them.
Instructions
To create a new quiz:
Give the quiz a short name that will appear in EZquiz
Specify the required pass percentage in a normal decimal format e.g. 50 means 50% in EZquiz
